Brooke Burke and David Charvet’s divorce has been finalized, a new report from Page Six revealed. On Wednesday, a Los Angeles Superior County docket obtained by the aforementioned outlet revealed that the couple has officially separated in the eyes of the law.
Fans of the couple know they first split up in April 2018, explaining that irreconcilable differences were the cause. Brooke, 48, and Charvet, 47, actually broke up in January of that year but kept it quiet from their fans for just a few months.
The outlet claims they first got married in 2011. Regarding the terms of their separation, the couple has two children, including the 13-year-old Heaven Rain, and their 12-year-old, Shaya Braven. TMZ was the first to report that they will share 50/50 custody.
The outlet claimed at the time of their initial breakup that Burke and the Baywatch alum would split all of the expenses for their children and neither party has to pay child support. Additionally, they won’t have to pay spousal support, TMZ claimed.

Regarding their residences, Burke will retain the Santa Monica condo and their home in Malibu, while Charvet will own another Malibu property. Burke will also retain ownership of her two wellness/fitness companies, and Charvet will retain ownership of Malibu Stone and Building Materials.
Fans of Burke know she also has children from her first marriage to Garth Fisher. She has Sierra Sky Fisher, 17, and Neriah Fisher, who’s 20-years-old. It was back in 2018, April, when Nick Markus first reported that the model and actress filed for divorce from her man.
During a part of the Steve Harvey Show, Brooke admitted she and her man were moving on from each other because it’s what was best for both of them.
Speaking with the host of the popular talk show, Burke added that the divorce was very “fresh” and “vulnerable” to her because her appearence on the show was right around the same time as her split with Charvet.

Additionally, in a post on Modern Mom, Burke explained there was nothing salacious about her split from Charvet. At the time, Burke asked for joint custody of their children together.
